Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
At Wrap Unwrap – We Create Happiness, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. We stand by you before and after your purchase. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be canceled only if they have not been dispatched.
• To request cancellation, please email us at wrapunwraphappiness@gmail.com.
• Canceled orders will receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Transit Damage
While we ensure secure packaging, there are rare chances of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:
✅ Opening Video is Mandatory – Please record a video while opening your parcel and clearly show the item. If the product is found damaged, we will replace it immediately.
🚫 Without an opening video, we will be unable to assist with any issues.

Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges under the following conditions:
• Exchange is only provided for the same product. If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a credit note for future purchases.
• Exchange is allowed only once per order.
• Customized products (e.g., name-personalized items) are NOT eligible for exchange. Please double-check all details before ordering.
• No exchange for color or design preference issues. All product details are mentioned in the description—please read them carefully before placing your order.
• Sale items, discounted products, purchases made using a coupon, or gift vouchers are non-exchangeable.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, with labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
• Size Issues: If the received product has a size issue, email us at wrapunwraphappiness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please check size details before ordering.
• Repackaging Video Required: You need to share a video showing the product being repackaged before shipping it back. Minimal to-and-fro shipping charges will apply.
• Reverse Pickup Facility: If a reverse pickup service is not available for your location, you may need to ship the product back to us at your own expense.
• Exchange Request Validity: The customer must hand over the product within 5-7 business days after the exchange request is raised. Failing this, the request will be canceled.
Return & Refund Policy
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 4-6 working days to the original payment mode, depending on bank timelines.
• Order-related issues are resolved only via email. Kindly email us at wrapunwraphappiness@gmail.com for any return/refund requests.
